Important: Facebook In‑App Browser May Cause Payment Issues
If you open our website from Facebook or Instagram, the checkout page may load inside Facebook’s built‑in browser.
This browser sometimes blocks payment scripts, which can cause:
- The “Continue” or “Pay Now” button not appearing
- The page getting stuck
- Payment not processing
This is a known limitation of Facebook’s in‑app browser.
How to Fix the Issue
If the payment button does not appear:
1. Tap the three dots in the top‑right corner of your screen
2. Select “Open in browser”
3. The page will reopen in your phone’s regular browser
4. The payment button will load normally
